Some may remember getting a report card in elementary school which provided marks on Achievement and Personal Growth. The latter included things such as being courteous, preparedness, etc. Focusing only on achievement has the potential to produce rude and selfish adults, for example. If you don’t agree, just remember working with a high achiever who was always disrespectful – how did that work out?

Most of us feared at least one or two topics in school – mine were chemistry followed by statistics. So, after so many years decided to revisit my good old friend statistics and found a way to enjoy its company.
