Where do you serve?

Sedona Management is capable of providing services internationally.

How do you approach a problem?

It starts with the interview. We have a package (see PACKAGES on the menu bar) designed for up to a 2-hour telephone or video-conference review of your issue. Don't be concerned if you aren't really sure how to state the problem. Sometimes that is part of the work that needs to be done. Jotting down a few data points, how the problem "feels" and how this issue is affecting people is plenty to get started. Our experienced analysts know the right questions to ask from their deep experience.

IS IT EXPENSIVE?

Our rates are moderate, especially considering the Fortune 500 experience of our staff. Knowing how to solve these types of business problems and challenges is our biggest advantage. We will produce ideas you can sink your teeth into very soon in the process. The most expensive problem is one that goes unresolved until it is difficult or perhaps impossible to turn around.

WHY ONLY 25 EMPLOYEES IN A WORKSHOP?

We make exceptions to this "rule." Our goal is participative learning. Groups up to 25 tend to make the most progress with the steepest learning curves. For some presentations, we tailor our materials to large-group formats. It is important that we discuss what you are trying to accomplish.

MY STAFF IS NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING.

We are fluent in English and in Spanish. For other group work, we apply best practices for translation at an added fee.
