Incentives are designed to reward people for accomplishing a task or meeting a target or to serve as a carrot as a motivational tool. Unfortunately, incentives at times stop working and lose their appeal. A choice is made either to make the desired task part of the job or adjust the incentive to match the current situation or discontinue the task. So, how do you manage incentives?
