What can we learn from the wrong manager?

Unfortunately, not all managers are role models in what would be considered the “best.” Often, you can hear employees say things like – ”can you believe what this idiot did today?” One key lesson is to stand firm on how not to treat employees. Making an employee’s life miserable is not a manager’s job requirement – it is a choice. Do you agree?
