How do you work with closed-minded people?

There is wisdom in having a closed-mindset for example when someone asks to commit fraud. On the other hand, a closed-minded person works very hard to prove you are wrong and their opinions carry more weight. So, next time there is an argument, test how open-minded or not a person is by seeing the reaction to a disagreement. So, the question is how open are you to new ideas or opinions specially when they are not aligned to yours?

He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
