It just seems like diversity brings out the most extremes points of views in today’s political or race relations for example. But, we can’t say for certainty that this does not bleed over business decisions at work so how do you combat this? Well, for starters, how about calling out the lies and misinformation? Then, see what you have left to work with as a baseline. You may be surprised on what you may have in common vs. differences!

Whether you are an entrepreneur or an employee, what are you most grateful for in 2019? Yearly performance reviews are under way and we get to evaluate achievements and shortcomings but perhaps it is also time to reflect on what we are grateful for and what we have learned during the year which makes us stronger and better.
Why is bad customer service hard to overcome?
It is hard to understand how poor customer service continues to be a major problem in many businesses we encounter on a daily basis. So, who is to be blamed for this? Is it the lack of accountability or more of a systemic problem, which does not go away by paying lip service claiming customer service is a company value. Business owners know that poor customer service costs money, right?
Why is profiling a good or bad thing?
Making assumptions of people by their looks is something that happens a lot more frequent than we think. One issue with profiling is when you discount someone’s abilities and professional experience simply by how you see them. Thinking less about someone’s performance or potential on the basis of personal appearance is counter productive, period!
