When is a good time for a reset?

Change is constant – some self-inflected while at times part of external circumstances where we do not have any control. Back 10 or 20 years, we can evaluate resets we have made – some successes and others less productive. If Quality of Life is the goal, for example, what is the one thing you would consider for a reset today at work?

He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
