How ready are you for Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving is upon us and reminders on topics to avoid include the classic ones, which are politics and religion. Unfortunately for the former, today any political discussion draws combative positions and friendships and at times family ties have been lost. But, if a discussion happens, perhaps a good start is to ask if politics influence how we choose religion or if our religious beliefs determine our politics. At the end, does this make us wiser and/or better?

Arturo’s volunteer experience ranges from holding the position of Co-Chair Diversity Business Council at the Conference Board, Board Chair for INROADS Midwest Region, Strategy Planning committee member for MERS Goodwill Board to presenter at The Forum on Workplace Inclusion Conference. He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
