2019 is probably one of the best hiring markets for college grads so getting a job is not the challenge – the issue is what happens when the college grad gets onboard. Lots of career advice is available but transitioning from being a student to a full-time employee can be highly stressful. So, how about starting with what employers want? The concern is not about technical skills but around soft skills or the lack of them for example critical thinking and thinking logically among others. Instead of advice, ask a grad what are his/her top five soft skills and the one they need to develop today.
