Founder & Owner, Arturo has over 30 years of professional experience in management, sales development & training and diversity & inclusion. He has worked in 23 countries including cities such as Seoul, Montreal, Tokyo, London, Moscow, Sao Paulo, Madrid, Rome, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Dubai, and in 45 U.S. states. His professional experience includes a diverse background in various industries such as executive in a Fortune 500 company, administrator for a state agency and managing satellite locations for a community college. Arturo’s volunteer experience ranges from holding the position of Co-Chair Diversity Business Council at the Conference Board, Board Chair for INROADS Midwest Region, Strategy Planning committee member for MERS Goodwill Board to presenter at The Forum on Workplace Inclusion Conference. He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
John works with Sedona Management as Consultant and Trainer and is a seasoned professional with 40 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership Development. He also brings years of executive and management experience leading teams such as the Corporate Staffing group at Anheuser-Busch. John’s journey in Human Resources began in the United States Army in South Korea and later worked as a trainer and developer of leadership skills at AT&T Consumer Products group. And his work at Anheuser-Busch gave him the opportunity to work with a number of subsidiaries including Metal Container Corporation, Busch Entertainment, Busch Agricultural, Domestic Wholesaler Development and Brewery Operations. His work covered areas such as managing relationships with union and non-union organizations, leadership development, employee surveys, recruitment, HR investigations and sales training among others. He holds a degree in Human Resources and a Masters in Social Work. John volunteers for various non-for-profit organizations in the St. Louis area.

Francisco manages the operations in Mexico for Sedona Management with 18 years of executive and management experience in business & sales development and marketing. His experience includes leading the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard program and sales standards for Grupo Modelo. He holds a law degree and has completed post-graduate certificates in Management and Negotiations from ITAM in México City.
