Arturo Corral
Arturo is the Founder and Owner of AMC Sedona Management LLC. He has over 30 years of professional experience in diverse industries including executive at a Fortune 500 company, administrator for a State Agency, managing satellite locations for a Community College and starting as a migrant farmworker in New Mexico, California and Arizona. Arturo has worked in 23 countries including cities such as Seoul, Madrid, Moscow, Dubai, Buenos Aires, Rome, Panama City, Tokyo, Mexico City among others. He also has worked in 45 U.S. states. Arturo’s volunteer experience includes member of the Board of Directors for MERS Goodwill Industries in St. Louis serving on the Strategic and Audit Committees, Co-Chair for the Business Diversity Council at the Conference Board and Chairman of the Board for the Midwest Region of INROADS. He has presented twice at the Forum on Workplace Inclusion Conference in Minneapolis and published a blog on Hispanic.com “Reflections on Diversity & Inclusion: A Retired Practitioner’s Perspective.” He holds a master’s degree in International Business and is ABD in a Doctoral Program on Management Theory & Practice. John Auer
John works with Sedona Management as Consultant and Trainer and is a seasoned professional with 40 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership Development. He also brings years of executive and management experience leading teams such as the Corporate Staffing group at Anheuser-Busch. John’s journey in Human Resources began in the United States Army in South Korea and later worked as a trainer and developer of leadership skills at AT&T Consumer Products group. And his work at Anheuser-Busch gave him the opportunity to work with a number of subsidiaries including Metal Container Corporation, Busch Entertainment, Busch Agricultural, Domestic Wholesaler Development and Brewery Operations. His work covered areas such as managing relationships with union and non-union organizations, leadership development, employee surveys, recruitment, HR investigations and sales training among others. He holds a degree in Human Resources and a Masters in Social Work. John volunteers for various non-for-profit organizations in the St. Louis area.
Marcelino Diaz Ramirez
Marcelino is a seasoned professional with +35 years of relevant experience in leadership, management, sales and business development having worked with international companies in the industries of banking, food and beverage and oil. He is a hands-on and strategic leader with roles such as Regional Sales Manager and General Sales Manager among others. He holds a degree in Business Administration by the Universidad Autónoma de México, as well as multiple continuous education certifications in Sales and Distribution Channels, Effective Administration and Management of People and Teams, and Leadership of Diverse Personnel which include a one-year Management Development Program for New Leaders at Universidad Iberoamericana. He also has served as a panelist on business, sales and marketing for graduate students with Cetys University. Marcelino has the innate skill of “LEADING with the example” and is a respected people’s person. He is an efficient decision maker and is strongly driven by data, statistics and financial reporting. Marcelino’s career path has been motivated by and recognized for a sense of exceeding expectations taking roles to new heights with vision, passion and commitment. He is a consultant with Sedona Management on special projects in México and the U.S.A.
